Up-liance Appliance Repair was founded on May 1, 2024, with a simple goal: provide homeowners with the kind of appliance repair service that is often difficult to find — honest, reliable, and focused on long-term solutions rather than quick fixes.
Before launching Up-liance Appliance Repair, founder Leonid Rysikov spent years working in the appliance repair industry, gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of household appliances and repair situations. After relocating to Issaquah in the spring of 2024, he saw an opportunity to build a company centered around professionalism, clear communication, and exceptional customer care.
Since entering the industry in 2015, Leonid has continued to invest in technical education and professional development. In 2022, he completed advanced HVAC and refrigeration training and earned certifications related to refrigerant handling and appliance systems.
What started as a small local business has quickly grown into a trusted appliance repair company serving homeowners throughout Issaquah, Sammamish, and nearby Eastside communities. By June 2026, Up-liance Appliance Repair had earned more than 280 Google reviews with a 5.0-star rating and became a member of the Greater Issaquah Chamber of Commerce.
